Toronto Raptors forward Serge Ibaka and Chicago Bulls center Robin Lopez have both been suspended one game for their altercation on Tuesday the NBA announced.
Lopez will miss the Bulls’ next game against the Pistons and he was also fined $120,715 for his involvement.
Ibaka will be unavailable for Thursday’s game against the Heat and he was fined a sum of $111,364.
The altercation escalated fairly quickly underneath the hoop on Tuesday. Players and coaches from both teams were involved including Raptors assistant coach Jamaal Magloire who was fined $15,000 for pushing Bulls player Nikola Mirotic.
